Job Summary:

Issa Maids is seeking dedicated and reliable house cleaners to join our team. As a house cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to meet company standards.
• Organize and declutter spaces as needed, ensuring all items are in their designated places.
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues encountered during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain personal cleaning supplies and equipments, ensuring they are stocked and in good working order.
• Uphold Issa Maids’ standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in professional residential cleaning or a related field.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to drive to and from various job sites
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed.
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
