Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. We now accept Visa, Master card, and American Express for all our home cleaning services. There is a 3% service charge to use credit cards.
We pay our Cleaning Technicians a fair wage; however, they work very hard, and while tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated! You have a few options to tip: you can provide cash at the time of service (just make sure to indicate it's a tip), or request it be automatically added to your cleaning cost.

During the event that one of your routine cleanings falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you. We try to make up your day before or after the holiday if possible. Whatever is best for you is what we want as well.

At Issa Maids, we only charge you for the time we need to clean your home. It is not uncommon for us to finish an appointment early. If we do finish early, you will be credited the difference, saving you money!
When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.
We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled clean - That's OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment and we'll do our best to shift your schedule.
If we receive less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost.
If you cancel your appointment the day of, or we cannot gain access into your home, Issa Maids will charge you the full price of your cleaning.
Yes, as long as the cleaner you want has an opening for the time and day you want.
No, we only need to be able to gain access to your home which can be done with a door code or key box. Of course, if you would like to be home, we love meeting our clients in person!

If you are still unsatisfied with any aspect of our service after your re-clean, just let us know within 24 hours of the re-clean. We will credit your FULL appointment cost back. You shouldn’t have to pay for a service you are not completely satisfied with!

We charge a minimum of 4 labor hours for a one-time cleaning at whatever our going rate is at the time. Because we do not come out to look at one time cleanings before we come to clean we advise the client that the phone quoted time may not be accurate which means the time needed to do the work may be more.
Most one time cleanings usually take from 6 to 8 labor hours but some may be more depending on the condition and size of your project. You can set a budget limit and give us priorities that need to be done first to ensure we remain within your budget limit. We will work to your time limits to get as much done as possible within your budgeted investment.
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, our employees cannot climb higher than a step stool, move or lift any objects over 25 pounds, put away dishes, resurface/wax/refinish floors, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

There are a few ways that you can let our crew in. One way would be an extra key. You could leave the key hidden near your front door with instructions on where to find it, such as under the mat, or in the planter.
We also can use garage openers, or codes. We assure you that all the information you provide us will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever discontinue service.
However, if we cannot enter your house or the key is no where to be found, Issa Maids will charge you the full price of your cleaning.

Yes, background checks are done on each cleaner.
Our policy is to inform you by having the cleaning technician speak to you personally if your are present or leave you a note with the broken item if you are not present when the damage occurred. The cleaning technician will then call our office to let us know about the incident. We will reimburse you for the item broken or contact our insurance company to place a claim for your loss depending on the value of the item.
